Laugh it off
Day in and Day out, we find ourselves presented with various situations that will piss us off! These could stem from our very own actions (no ones fault but our own) or the actions of others.
There will be things that push our limits and can make us react in a way that can be hurtful to those around us. A few common examples: when others have a different perspective to you and try to force it upon you; when someone behaves out of line; when a best friend keeps getting back with their abusive ex and makes you feel like the bad guy for trying to convince them to move on; when your husband forgets to pick up his plate after dinner.
Overtime, as things continue to build on each other - anger fosters and can result in health issues such as anxiety or depression(https://www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au/health/healthyliving/anger-how-it-affects-people?viewAsPdf=true).
Words of advise ... Laugh it off. Take deep breaths, let them know how you feel, and move on.
It has been proven that humor is an effective way to release stress, amongst other things:
Men will find you more attractive (Works the other way as well - Women love those who have a great sense of humor). This is what helped me find the love of my life. lol
Less wrinkles on your face
You have more fun
Less bridges burned (both in your career and personal life)
Improvement in other health areas (Check it out)
After a good laugh and you are preparing to let things go, have a constructive conversation with the individual. Sometimes speaking it out-loud makes you realize how ridiculous it was to be angry in the first place. Clear your mind, laugh it off together, and work together towards the desired outcome (No, breaking someone's face with your fist should not be what you strive to accomplish).

We cannot control how other people behave or the mistakes they make, but we can control our own actions & feelings towards them. Also, it's important to talk through them to make sure feelings do not get bottled up.
Remember, the more you laugh, the more the world around you will laugh with you - It's contagious.
Life is so much easier with a Sense of Humor. When presented with "WTF!" moments, let your sense of humor shine and you'll see how much lighter your soul will feel.
Enjoy!
Love,
Coach Leo.
